Volatility Street LLC collects minimal personal information in connection with its consulting services and website.
What we collect
Contact information (name, email, company) when you reach out or book a call. Basic website analytics (pages visited, referral source, browser and device type). Engagement-related data provided by the client during an engagement.
What we don't collect
Vol St. does not collect, store, or have ongoing access to client trading data, portfolio positions, or brokerage account information outside of active engagements.
How we use it
To respond to inquiries, deliver engagement work, send occasional updates (opt-out anytime), and improve the website.
Data sharing
We don't sell or share personal information. Exceptions: legal obligations, service providers under confidentiality agreements (email, analytics).
Engagement data
Data provided during an engagement is used solely for that engagement and handled according to the confidentiality terms in the engagement agreement.
